Inspected part and it is incorrect, not having the same mods that were purchased with first unit. Not to mention after hooking it up, it does not function either.
The unit I won on E-bay was the Ultimate XBOX 360 Chameleon Edition, which is supposed to have the XCM See thru Cover, 360-XCM High Speed Air Cooler and Add On Fans, Plus the XCM 360 Chameleon Case and XBlaster. The unit sent as Warranty Replacement was missing quite a few of the upgrades that I had originally purchased.

Contact Dustin about dilemma and he promises the following:
NDA Return of CORRECT Unit when Improper Unit is again received.
1 Free Game ( choice of game his)

So I finally talk to Dustin Friday the 15th, and he informs me that "they" (I assume technicians) are trying to assemble a CORRECT unit to ship as promised. And he (Dustin) promises to provide tracking information for the return unit. However, I receive NOTHING and now Dustin has dropped off the Radar again. No E-mail returns, No Phone Call Returns and No Instant Messenger Returns. I just want SOMEONE (and I have a strong feeling that this will be falling on deaf ears and blind eyes) to be aware that this is un-acceptable. If it were just me, I would chalk it up as just a bad experience with a bad company or representative of such. But it is not for me, this item is a GIFT for a 11 year old kid, that was promised this item (picked out by him specifically) for his achievements at school. He was able to play with the unit less than 4 months. Adding up all the time that this unit has been away for WARRANTY ISSUES, LOST and INCORRECTLY REPLACEMENT the unit has been gone 2 months, half the time that he had it in his possession. Not to mention the fact that I had to spend roughly $25.00 on shipping for these issues. After spending $642.00 with your company I am quite un-happy and feel as if I and my stepson have been treated very poorly. Please return a NEW, PROPER UNIT as promised via the WARRANTY. Also, Dustin offered to send the unit back NEXTDAY AIR including a FREE GAME for the Inconvenience. Here is a List of games that my stepson is interested in, (Turok, Blacksite Area 51, Resistance: Fall of Man, Rainbow Six: Vegas) if you have any of them please include one, if not, Dustin said that you carry mostly first person shooters. Anthony has Halo 3 already, so I will trust you to send him a title(s) that you would recommend. . After dealing with this mess for so long I have lost all interest in ever ordering from the internet, much less your company ever again. (and we own EVERY game system, so the loss is yours)

April 16th,
I receive a message from dotcomglomerate@aol.com that the units are available and it should ship that week.

April 22nd,
Another E-Mail from dotcomglomerate@aol.com, the unit specific to my order is still not available.

Wow that is so funny. Because Dustin told me, the rare limited faceplate you where sent only 500 of them were ever made.. AND PGR is the #1 selling racing game for the xbox 360 at one point they where going for over $200 each on ebay.

I guarantee you preorder.com nor dotconsole.com never sold you an xbox360 and neither website has had a paypal account. I believe you have an issue with the ebay account and person who held such account. By posting that you purchased from both of these sites your information is not accurate.

There is no record of you ever ordering from Preorder.com or Dotconsole.com

Your complaint is with him and his ebay account.

Your post is 100% inaccurate and will continue to be considered slander.

Your rants continue to be that of an upset customer but focused at the wrong party in question..

Still waiting for Promised Missing Parts!

Well it appears that I have to set the record straight. After the 6+ months of waiting on the above mentioned company to warranty the product that I purchased. Buying a second unit (in between the wait) so that my stepson could actually play the games that he received for Christmas. (remember this started the first week of December) Finally receiving the unit, or should I say half the unit (missing a XBlaster360 mod a $70 to $100 part, depending on where purchased that was apart of the original order) not to mention the Power Supply was missing from the box! (can you see the pattern here, missing parts, incorrrect parts etc... and multiple freight charges that I ate) So, again, I contact them and they send out the missing power supply, with some other JUNK whick includes a $5.00 Remote, A BROKEN (that is correct, it don't work) wired controller, and a Faceplate (witch represents some crummy game according to my stepson) and this Junk that was sent, doesn't quit match up to the Game my stepson was promised O' so long ago! But I let it ride, because I was promised that the part would ship when "they make more" according to ModChips via I.M on 5/23. (did I mention I have every e-mail, response and I.M with response and receipts saved since this began) I let it go and forgot about it, my stepson was content. But again, I am being drug into this!

According to the "owner" my information is 100% inaccurate and dotcomglomerate@aol.com the owner of both sites was trying to help his friend and didn't sell me the parts.

HMMMM something is in Disarray!

Because if that was the case, why didn't anyone tell me that from the beginning over so many I.M's and E-Mails, and I had to learn it from his rebuttel? (and threats of suing me for slander)

I have no clue why www.preorder.com or even dotconsole.com were ever included in this dispute.

this customer did not purchase an item from either of these websites he bought them from Dustin Hume via ebay.

Dustin asked us to warranty the unit he purchased from us to resell on his ebay account and when we finally got the unit we did.

However this is HIS customer..

TO date this person has never made an order or paid one dime to Dotconsole.com or Preorder.com

His information is 100% inaccurate and dotcomglomerate@aol.com the owner of both sites was trying to help his friend with consoles he bought from him.. Richard is way out of line posting these comments on this website. He has received his items + extra items because microsoft repaired his console and returned it to us but without the special case and attachement that was originally in the auction.

My advice in the future to please correctly report who you purchased what from and when because these statements you have made against these two websites can be considered slander and you can be held liable.

It is now May 19th, and we are still going at it!! After reading BLOG after BLOG of Customer's that were also RIPPED OFF, I came up with a new IM name, supposedly the MANAGER! He has responded a couple of times to IM's and E-Mails, however he is still playing the same song. "We haven't finished your Order or still Testing It, Out of Your Specific Case, blah blah blah" Well, let me tell you what I found, one of the Main Distributor's for Mod Parts they offer now recommends not using them cause of the money THEY are OWED!!! REAL NICE, if only we were aware of this before the purchase 6 MONTH's AGO! Still Waiting!

Still to date NO Help, Replacement Parts or Credit!!! In fact I was even told that they were going to punish me and hold my order a additional week because I kept asking them when I should receive it. That was 15days ago, I guess they have a longer week than most!!!!!!!!!
