This company and its represenitives re-negotiated a lease of a property owned by one of the agents under false pretences that the property was in default. Renter has been paying rent payment in accordence to lease contract and property in foreclosure. Which means the owner of the property has been pocketing the entire rent payment and not forwarding it on to mortgage company. Property is now in default sent to trustee sale and renter is left with no option of recourse.
These people are misleading and re-negotiated a lease knowing that the mortgage was in default just to pocket the money. shame on you!

Mark & Vanessa White broke the contract and were evicted.
They wanted out of the contract and moved and violated the terms of the agreement.
This is a constant pattern form Mark & Vanessa White. Their last home they owned was foreclosed on.
They are bad credit risks and do not honor their agreements. They have no honor or moral conscious to live up to their agreements.
They are not responsible people and do not pay their agreements.
BEWARE - DO NOT EXTEND CREDIT OR ENTER A CONTRACT WITH MARK & VANESSA WHITE. You will be screwed by them just as I and MANY OTHERS were screwed by them.
Mark & Vanessa White do not honor their agreements and fail to pay on their agreements.
My opionion is that Mark & Vanessa White are 'dead beats'.

We lost money on Mark & Vanessa White. Do not rent or enter an agreement of payment. They do not honor their agreements. PULL THEIR CREDIT AND YOU WILL SEE!
