Dr Arvind Jain DMD HAS A RETAINED CONTRACT WITH MY COMPANY. HE HAD HIRED DENTIST(S) WITH MY ORGANIZATION AND HAS NOT PAID THE PLACEMENT FEE. WHEN CONTACTING HIM, HE BLOCKS HIS PHONE CALLS AND HIS FRONT OFFICE HANG UP THE PHONE. IT IS UNUSUAL THAT A PRACTICE WOULD DO THIS? NOT REALLY. ARVIND JAIN DMD HAS AVOIDED ALL CONTACT TO PAY A PLACEMENT FEE OF $10,000.00 REMAINING DUE TO MY ORGANIZATION. HE STOPPED COMMUNICATING WITH MY COMPANY AND HAS NOT HONOURED HIS CONTRACTS. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST EVER DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM OR HIS PRACTICES EVER. COMPLETE SCAM ARTIST!

Marc Resasco filed suit against my firm to recover money that he claimed I owed him. I defended the lawsuit, as I did not believe I owed this money. I also filed a counterclaim against Marc Resasco and his corporation, seeking to recover damages for the libelous statements that Marc posted above.
After a contested trial, the District Court of Maryland, through Judge Rue, ruled that Marc Resasco was liable on the issue of libel and tortious interference with contract, that Marc Resasco submitted the foregoing post to Rip-Off Reports with malice or reckless disregard for the truth of the statements he asserted, and Judge Rue awarded damages against Marc Resasco and in favor of Arvind Jain, DMD in the amount of $7,000.00.
Judge Rue also ruled Arvind Jain, DMD was liable for breach of contract and Judge Rue awarded damages in favor of Airmid Solutions and against Arvind Jain, DMD for $7,000.00.
Ultimately, judgments were entered against both parties for $7,000.00 and the parties mutually agreed to resolve both judgments by declaring them mutually satisfied.
