Be it known to the public that Dr. Ramon J. Ongsiako, Jr., Carmela Ongsiako-Isabela are scammer who cheat money of patient.

This doctor often lie and cheat patient by telling them to undergo eye surgery etc.

Dr. Ramon J. Ongsiako, Jr., and Carmela Ongsiako-Isabela  are also arrested by NBI for selling fake eye drop as well as cheating patient of around 2 million peso for eye check up and surgery scam.
