I recently went their "shop", their house in da hood, I was trying to save some bills and went to these folks and get me memery for my tower. I was gonna have'em pick it up but I found out theys gonna charge me 15 bills to come like a mile an a half, so, i's had my pops drive me over there after he got off work and left'er there and they's tellin me that i's can come back when they's call me when it be dun. i gots it back a week later and they keeps my old memery cause i's gonna used it in my bros tower for him. i calls them up dey say they didnt know what i's talkin bout. f***in sob cheat mfers

After reviewing this report and our record we have absolutly no record of this person or service event As I am also the technician for this company I also have absolutly no recolection of this at all. We here pride ourselves on honesty and up-front pricing that is also posted on our website this report is a complete fabrication and slanderous.
1st I only keep old parts when authorized to do so by the client
2nd I do charge a trip charge on every onsite call as does every company such as min in the area
3rd this post and one other report suddonly showed up the evening of my company picking up 2 new clients that used to belong to my former employer
4th the only possible reason for taking a week to install new memory in a PC is having to order the memory in that case I would have had the EU hang on to his PC and then either bring it in when the new mamory had arrived or I would have went to the EU's house to install it myself once it had arrived
Again we here at Dragon PC pride ourselves on honesty and fair pricing and in no way would have let this happen!
