This website (www.drivehq.com) allows us to buy storage space, so that we can post our picture and video files for sharing with our friends.

I joined their service and provided my credit card details and now I want to cancel the service and
-there is no option on their website to cancel the service.
-There is no 1-800 number to contact their support person
-There is no option for us to change our credit card details which they took from us
- Only support they provide is through email and they did not respond to two of my emails to cancel the account.

Do not subscribe for any service from this website, unless you want to become their life long member!!!

The ripoff report is completely baseless; DriveHQ policy is we never keep customers' credit card info on file; we never automatically charge our customers' credit cards. How can we do so since we don't even keep the credit card info?

DriveHQ offers free services, you can use our free service and never ever provide your credit card info; or you can try our paid service and cancel it at any time. There is no need to call customer support as you can cancel your service online. You can logon www.drivehq.com, click on My Account, then click on Subscribe -> Current Subscription to cancel.

DriveHQ offers 24x7 email support; most emails are answered in a few hours. However, a lot of emails are blocked by spam filters. So please make sure you check your junk / bulk mail folder; or check your spam filter setting. If you cannot receive emails from DriveHQ, please try send another email from a different email address.
