i never dferred payments to the end of the loan. they sent me a payment history which shows they charged me 5 payments in one day its a mess i asked for an arbitrator and they refusedand are threatening to repo my car if i dont make another payment to them. according to my math the car is paid offwhat can i do to get help to understand their reasoning

i am trying to understand how I have to pay for deferred payments that I never deferred to drive now
