New internet scammer scamming unsuspecting people who have been reported to the rip off report.
This is a puny one man operation. He does not answer his phone and there is no message response so you cannot leave a
message. Listen in order for anyone to get to the top of the page on google, this is called optimization, they have to pay for cl cliks. so
everytime you clik it cost this one man idiot. So look up www.dtopp.com and start cliking him right out of business.

Your Ripoff Report has caused us to lose IQ points.
"This is a puny one man operation." is a false statement seeing as we were recently named one of the fastest growing reputation management companies in America. Additionally, our 5,200 square foot headquarters would be a little large for a "one man operation".
If you are at the top of Google due to optimization (SEO) and people click on it often, all you are doing is helping the link stay at the top. One of the many perks of SEO is that you do not have to pay for anyone that clicks. A simple Google search could have prevented you from looking like a fool and posting this Ripoff Report.
