Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I upgraded without knowing what the cost would be, thinking I could cancel the order if it was too expensive. But they charged me $98.00 without my permission!!!! So I immediately cancelled the order, but may get charged it anyway. I will make my account go overlimit, and I'll be charged a $39.00 overlimit fee if it does.

They got back to me this morning and said they cancelled the order. I have not checked the website to see if they still charge $98.00 without permission, so anybody who orders that product, be careful about upgrading.
