Duvera/ Synergy I tried to use Synergy Grant services but they did not help me obtain a grant or have not responded to my request for assistance but Duvera is still deducting payments from my checking account; until Internet

I contacted Synergy for grant writing services, they told me that I could obtain federal grants and they would assist me with the steps. Then, Duvera started taking monthly payments until I pay off $5,100.00 in fees for the service. I have tried to contact Duvera and Synergy for assistance because I never got any grants or received any furtherr assistance. however, they have not stopped taking payments.

This is trurly a bad way of conducting business and offering small businesses grant writing assistance and other grant assistance but not following through on what was promised to the customers. Is there away to obtain some of my money back or file a suit against Synergy and Duvera?
