i was in the process of buying a motor from scot slotten at dynoflo and when i called him to get more details and decide on which one, his employee Kevin laughed at my request to speak with him and said just call tomorrow, at 2 in the afternoon. so i sent an email to owner scot and he called me, i am a small very polite woman, and cursed, screamed, threatened me harm and that he would tear me to shreds and so would kevin. why would anyone speak to a customer that way but to yell at me, A WOMAN AND SAY SHUT THE F*** UP B**CH THIS IS HOW IT F***ING WORKS, I WILL TEAR YOU TO SHREDS AND F*** YOUR WORLD UP. YOU ARE A PIECE OF S**T AND YOU CAN F*** OFF AND DIE. ALL THIS WHILE I AM TRYING TO SPEAK CALMLY TO HIM.
EVERYONE TELLS ME NOW HE ONLY SELLS JUNK AND WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD WITHOUT PERMISSION. BEWARE AND MEN DONT LET THIS MAN ABUSE YOUR WIFE!!!

HE IS ABUSIVE TO WOMEN AND DOES NOT PROVIDE THE PRODUCTS HE OFFERS, CHECK BBB.ORG FOR HIS REPORT...IT GETS WORSE

I have dealt with this company and received a junk motor that was poorly machined, was not clearanced correctly ( crank would strike block when rotated ) and they used bushed rods on press fit pistons.  The boring was sloppy with .003 to .005 taper in cylinders and the block was ruined. Rings and bearings were installed dry with not a drop of oil. The owner ( Scot I believe ) denied all of this when he got the junk back and was forced to refund my money after a big ordeal on ebay. Run from this company. The owner  is a immature arrogant kid that can't control his anger.

The authors of this story are Greg and Candace Dinsmore of Sundown rv's in Texas.  I know the anonymous part just grills me when they tell whopping lies and don't post their names.


First, Greg wanted to buy a short block, but didn't have the money to put half down like we ordinarily require, so he asked us to do the favor of allowing his order to get in the production line with only a 1.500.00 deposit, which I allowed.  We spoke several times in a 24-48 hour period when he placed his order.  The very next day, he called to speak to me, not his wife. Kevin spoke to him and told him that he would get a name and number and I would return the call. he called back an hour later and Kevin told him the same thing, and he demnded that Kevin go and get me.  Kevin told him that I was busy on the dyno with a customer, and Greg lost it.... he started screaming up and down and not less than 4 times in one minute called my employee a f#$%kin c@nt.  Now, Kevin is a big boy and can handle himself, but his hands were tied as an employee and unable to respond in kind.  When I was finished with my dyno session, I spoke directly with Greg, not his wife, then I told Greg he had no business talking like that to my employees, and it wouldn't be tollerated, again he goes ballistic ape sh#t, screaming at me.....MY HANDS AREN'T TIED, AND I CAN SAY WHAT I WANT.  So I let him have it, both barrells.  He starts calling me all kinds of names again and said he is coming down to kick my a$$.  Which I told him that Kevin had first dibs on him and that if there was anything left of him, I would rip him to shreds.  The wide lies, the husband lies. I had never spoken to her to that point, and her husband, behaves like a little child.  So here we are and he put his wife on the phone to take over the s**t talking. I told her to put his a$$ back on the phone, if he wants to make threats, he better be man enough to stay on the phone.  Needless to say, I wasn't doing business with these folks. First of all, they can't afford to even pay for the product, then they want to go off and bash my employees and make threats. You were not the only customer, and you were the only one who was in production with less than a 50% deposit like everyone else.  I refunded his money when I hung up the phone, BECAUSE I WAS CANCELING HIS ORDER. He never got 2 days in to having an order with my company, so he knows nothing of the product we sell or its quality. When you make up lies and throw them up on the internet for people to read, at least use your names be adults, be responsible for your words.  Verbal assault, I got an ear of it from both of you, funny how when it gets returned that it gets reported that you were polite. Scumbag liars. Here are a few of the emails from that day:

When my employee tells you he will take a message, that is not permission to go on blast.  Sure I went off, you have it coming, and I am the only one here allowed to blast, so you got it. You bitched out and dumped me on your wife. I won't play with you. I have too much to do. Have a nice season, and remember who f**ked up. Maybe next time you will handle yourself differently.

At this point of the day, I had not ever spoken to her, and only heard that her husband had abused my counterman who answered the phone:

My husband ordered a motor from you all and called to work out some more details and the man that answered the phone say to 'just call tomorrow'. I understand that you all are busy but this man then laughed at my husband when he asked for the owner to call him back, because he also owns his own business and is busy.

 

We do not want to do business with someone who treats their customers this way. Greg was also calling to pay 2000.00 dollars on motor. This is not accepteable and we will expect an immediate refund of the 1500.00 monies he gave you on 2/3/09 to be on our card.

Holy cow, you guys just keep on trucking.  Good thing these aren't on paper, there would be a dead tree over this much.  No, he didn't tell him to call back tomorrow.  He said " He will call you back later today or first thing tomorrow"  BIG DIFFERENCE  again Greg was doing too much talking and not enough listening otherwise he would have heard it.  My new guy was sitting there listening in astonishment at the way you folks behaved. We refunded your deposit, we don't want your business.  Yes, please do take it elsewhere.  I am glad we never did sell you anything, and I feel bad for the sucker that you saddle up to.  Because you will surely make him regret the day he answered the phone for you.  So how much more do you  want to talk about? If this doesn't prove the truth in the story, I don't know what else to say.  There was about 15 emails between the 2 of them while they just kept on talking trash. The transaction was over. But they just kept on going, their post here is a lie, I have proven the truth.  Bottom line, we were here to do the job, and they behaved poorly, so we refunded their money and sent them down the road.  I am sure that would upset some people, but in business it is very important to know who not to do business with as much as it is important to do enough business. The bad ones cost you much more that their transaction would ever make you.  These lame individuals are a glaring example. I have more emails from them, I have the receipt of the order cancellation prior to when they asked for a refund.  We did not sell junk to them or anyone else.  Where in any of these emails does it have a reference to charging their card without their permission?????? The guy doesn't have any money, why would I try to use his credit card when he couldn't afford to put down 50% on the job???  Don't let this man abuse your wife?? that is funny. 

 

If anyone has any questions, we are always available to straighten out any stories that people want to create, because in the end, we always ship what we promise to build, and we always deliver full value for what is purchased.
