Earl's Heating & Air and/or Earl Kimberly installed a geothermal system in my home and it does not work. He promises to return to repair it but i gave up and have a court judgement.
Earl is a professional ripoff artist and has shafted many, many homeowners in the pueblo, co., area.
The company's ownership was switched to his son D.J. Kimberly but he won't honor any warranty either. the company has been dissolved and they have gone to work for other companies.
the building inspector has revoked their licenses.
beware of these people.
earl taught heating and air conditioning at the local college and really put up a front. again, he's a con artist.

I am the son (DJ) mentioned in this report.I just became aware of this report and wanted to clarify a few facts.I do feel sorry about the system in jims house butI had no part in the design of the system or the location of the geothermal lines. the lines were installed under the foundation of the house instead of using a drilling rig. they could not disapate the heat to make the system work.
The only part I had in this project was the duct system which was done perfect. I was also the one who determined that the geothermal lines were not going to work. I did my best to try and fix the problem but in the end could not.I was at no time ever the owner of the company nor had any power to resolve this problem.
my father made a mistake in the design and in the end could do nothing to make it right because of poor buisness choices resulting in the loss of the company,house,and property.And what kind of "con"would involve the entire installation of a system. This was a horrible mistake but he is not a con artist
