East West Moving & Storage, Cross USA Moving & Storage Late pickup, late delivery, did not provide weigh tickets, poor customer service, damaged items, lost items San Jose California

My final quote was drastically different than my initial quote, there was poor communication throughout the process, my cell phone was accused of malfunctioning during origination and delivery, the total order was based on an estimate instead of actual weight, items were damaged and at least three boxes were lost.
Movers arrived six hours after pick-up window of 12-6 pm.
Notified that 9/22/2007 would be delivery date. No contact made on that day. Shipment not delivered until 9/27/2007. Delivery date was initially quoted as 5-14 days from pick-up (9/6/2007).
Items were not re-assembled.
No response to emails or letters since delivery.
