Bought on line a Panasonic, Lumix, replacement camera battery. Picture on add. showed genuine new correct battery. Took 3 weeks and several emails asking where it was, before arriving. Excuse was postal agent fault.

When it arrived it was clearly ancient, beaten up, scratched, and with "Panasonic" scratched off. It was also DEAD and could not be charged. Clearly had been binned at the end of its life. Disgraceful service and deceitful behaviour.

Avoid them at all costs.
