Ebay Inc. Ebay Feedback Policy Used To Make Ebay More Money And Steal From Sellers San Jose California

Ebay has made it clear to me via phone that I should not file a mutual agreement end transaction for a non-paying buyer (if buyer responds without agreeing to end I can never recover my selling fees) nor should I file an unpaid item dispute to recover fees (I can receive a negative score even from non-payer).

So guess I'm just screwed. Loss of $15 plus listing/relisting fees. This misnomer "feedback" was not designed to make a "pleasant buying experience" but to get some more of my money into their pockets.
