Echelon Autosports Brian Nowacki Payment sent, but never delivered. Suite 103 Scottsdale, Arizona

I ordered the items in 13th July 2012. He said it takes 3 weeks to build the items. But after 3 weeks, he says the supplier factory were short of staff, hence requiring another few weeks. After that, there wasn't much response from him to update on the progress. Until a one and the half month ago, he said he is not able to supply the items. I demand for my full refund, but time after time he will came up with excuses after excuses or lag in responding. The last i heard from him was about 2 weeks ago that the money will be refunded in 2-3 days time. Until today, he still giving excuses that his company bank account was hacked and not able to do the refund.
