EDP Reporting - usashoppingclub credit card ripoff they took $320 out of my checking and only want to give me a refund of $100 and what me to wait 30-60 days for it, you have to use their chat room because you can't get them Vally V Illage California

I have been on the computer trying to get my money back from edp and usa and neither one want to give back i feal as though they ripped me off@ the said I signed electonly so they were allowed
I tried to well beg them to give my money back they have no heart i'm on ssi and thought I was signing for a charge card I didn't know what a prepaid visa was and usa was horrible. I tried to get on there home shopping and could't they gave me a wrong no. that was $79 dollars,they said read the fine print.
I need help to get my money back and hope they can't do this to anyone else

THIS HAPPENED TO ME ALSO AND NOT ONLY DID IT AFFECT ME FINANCIALLY IT ALSO AFFECTED ME EMOTIONALLY SINCE THESE INGRATES RIPPED ME OFF I HAVE BEEN ON RIP OFF REPORT EVERYDAY BECAUSE I WAS GOING TO JUST LEAVE IT ALONE OR PAY OUR FAMILY LAWYER TO HANDLE IT. THE MANAGER AT MY BANK SAID HE WAS GLAD I CAME IN BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THEY EXPECT YOU TO DO NOT PURSUE IT SO THEY CAN KEEP TAKING MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCT.
THIS IS DEFINATELY NOT SOMETHING YOU SHOULD SIT ON BECAUSE YOU ARE ALREADY ON A FIXED INCOME AND WHO KNOWS WHAT TYPE OF SET BACKS YOU HAVE HAD TO ENDURE MY HEART TRULY GOES OUT TO YOU WHEN YOU GO TO YOUR BANK TELL THEM TO INVESTIGATE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE MY BANK IS AND THE MORE INVESTIGATIONS ON THIS COMPANY THE EASIER IT IS TO FILE A SUIT ON THEM FOR THE INCONVENIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED YOU.
MAKE SURE YOU STAY ON YOUR BANKS BACK AND DEFINATELY TAKE THE EDITORS ADVICE THEY ARE WONDERFUL AND REALLY HELPED ME TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION. LEMRIEL.
