I am the victim of identity theft and while I don't like the phrase it's the truth when the creditor called me I tried to explain to them that I have a problem with identity theft and fraudulent activities using my identity and asked him how he got my phone number he was rude and disrespectful and cut me off basically calling me a liar even after I told him that my own student loan debt had already been paid for
