Client sold $16,186.00 of lumber products to this company. Payment was gauranteed by Neal Martin. We sued on behalf of the client. I was amazed that they put up such a fight, but we now have taken a judgment against the company and Neal Martin. I just learned of the possible connection between Beaverfloor.com. I'll keep you posted on our collection efforts.

Good Job John it seems like it would be a cut and dried case. I personally had 11,387.40 stolen from me by Mr. Martin in November of 2001 - haven't seen a penny.
This guy really needs to be brought to justice. I know of about 70 people who have been ripped of by him and his many companies.
Mr. Martin's great business model has lined his pockets with all of our money!!!!
