Signed up for timeshare while vacationing at Hotel Marina El Cid. After returning home tried to book a vacation a year in advance; their was not availability. Then wrote to the company within the five day time period to cancel and they did not acknowledge my letter or respond as promised.

When I tried to contact again today, the email does not go through.
