El Dorado Sales Strikes Again! Credit card fraud rip-off

I am not 100% sure that El Dorado is performing fraud in any sense. I know these reports are old, but I also am aware that when I found El Dorado Sales charging me 9.98 once a month I felt there was a problem. So I did my internet searches, and the only fraud reports I found were for the same amount, and recurring billings. Upon further investigation, I found out that my 9.98 a month for El Dorado Sales was justified, as they are the billing company used by EasyNews.com. If you were subscribed the EasyNews.com, then that is where your 9.98 comes from.

From Mr. Minor's response, plus the other charges that have appeared on my credit card, I now think that El Dorado Sales is just a company that rip-off artists love to use. They were as much a victim as I was or my credit card company was.
