Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
simple... this company falsely approved my company for merchant processing, collected $6,800 in charges and wont process them to my account of refund my customers. They are holding the funds for a year in case there are chargebacks??? They never paid me a penny how can they have chargebacks? They lied to me in person and in writing as i have all paperwork approving my account. STAY AWAY there are plenty of other merchant Processors out there... CROOKS!

Im really sorry you feel that way but the only reason our company would hold any funds would be if there is something fishy with going on with your account or if account was shut down by the risk department, we have every right to hold funds pending on any charge backs...we NEVER EVER keep any money that does not belong to the company...Like i always say if you don't have anything to hide you shouldn't worry about anything you will receive payment when reviews are made... I just wish people could understand that we do this for security purposes not because we are trying to be mean or rip people off we are always here for our merchants and always try to give the best service we can possibly offer...once again i do apologize for your inconvenience...
