This company won't let you out of your contract if you ever sign one with them. When you try to cancel they will tell you they need written submission. When you submit written cancellation notice to them they will fail to process it. Once they have their claws in you they will try to drain you for all they can instead of working with you like a egitimate business partner. Avoid this company.

Contract Cancelation

Everyone is entitled out of their contract all we ask is that you follow the rules of the contract that are very simple and available at any time. When a merchant feels it is the time to cancel they need to let us know within 90 days of their renewal which is also there anniversary date they signed up with EPS. When we do not receive 90 days the contract does go into automatic renewal.

When we receive letters they do not get lost and they are neatly sorted and even issued a follow up call to make sure this is what the merchant wants to do. When we receive these letters they are processed right away, however the contract will still apply until the renewal date. This is not stealing this is common courtesy to give are company enough time to get you accounts shut down the right way and not effortlessly like the other companies that through your SS# in the dumpster when you decide to close down you business.
