eleshome jerry chan i orderd 2 mobile as they were on special and i paid 310usd there after he sent me an email telling they can not ship my products as their policy you must order more than 1000usd nationwide

i orderd 2 cellphones from elecshome and jerry chan sent me an invoice and i paid 310usd via western union then a day later i got an email from him telling me he is new in the company so there is a policy he did not know that they can only ship goods that are more than 1000 usd so i must add more or they will refund me after one month.
