I hoped when I called them about this issue they would let me speak to someone abouit this This fee is outragious! I did not know about this because when I went to Bank I asked if there was a fee? they charged me 35.00 to get my own money off the card.

It Took Me 15 Seconds To Find This Fee On Their Disclosure Sheet

I checked and as plain as day, there it was! When you applied/received the card, you also would have received the disclosure sheet containing all fees including the over the counter cash advance fee of $35. You didn't even bother to read this disclosure sheet and your use of the card means you agree to those provisions. There's no ripoff here. You failed to read the terms and conditions of the card usage and no, I don't work for them
