I bought the Cat Scratcher from their official website where they quote the price as $19.95 plus $7.95 for shipping and handling but when they sent me the email confirmation they charged a lot more for s+h.  I replied to their Customer Service email and my email was returned (it is a do not reply confirmation) - I called the 800 number posted on their official website and could not reach a person - there an automated response just for taking new orders.  PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS, IT SEEMS TO BE A SCAM.  SINCE I COULD NOT REACH ANYONE AND CANCEL MY ORDER I HAVE CANCELLED MY CREDIT CARD!
