I am still clueless as to how these companies, that I have now learned are one in the same, managed to deduct $16.95 from my account, unauthorized since December 2009. According to the numerous complaints filed against them, they were formerly EMI American then became Easysavers, and deducted charges under each name for a while.

I don't remember what I ordered?? Ordered some silly knives to donate to a Veterans club--thus no good deed goes unpunished, LOL.

Very aggravated, big time waster having to chase them down to try to get charges refunded.

Be careful, and be aware of all charges especially over the internet.
