Encante Skin Serum and eye cream information was sent to me on facebook,  I read the information and did not see anything that said this was more than a free trial.  I paid for the free trial and was not impressed,  no better than drug store creams.  I did not plan to continue.

When I read the information I did not see anything about having to cancel within 15 days, nor did I see anything about it being almost $200.00 when they sent another shipment.  I called them when the shipment arrived and they said I could not return it.  They do not accept returns of even unopened packages.   I spoke with someone named Trevor.   They said that there was a phone number on the container for calling to cancel but it is such tiny writing that it can't be read without a  significant magnifying glass. This cearly takes advantage of persons that can't read letters that small. They do not make the information about the trial clear and never state what this will cost if you don't call them within 15 days.

This company is a rip off, you have to call 2 different numbers to cancel; one for the eye cream and one for the serum. The product does not perform as it claims and they hide the information you need when you sign up for the trial.  They also do not provide you with an email address.  These people should not be allowed to show their products on facebook.  They also make it difficult to cancel, they don't answer the phone. They are a scam.
