Endless Auto Endless Auto Cocoa, Fl. They sold me a cae that leaks oil from multiple locations. They said they would fix the car so they took it and kept it for a week. They didn't do anything to it. Cocoa Florida

Endless Auto sold me a car for $2000 down and $900 owed on it. The day I got it home the check engine light came on after they turned it off before I left in it. They knew this car had major problems. They said they would fix the car so they kept it for one week. They called for me to come to get it, that it was fixed.
They did not work on it or do anything to it. It was still in the same condition with oil all over under the hood. They said this car is as is and will not give me my money back or another car. They purposely ripped me off!

You stated they turned off the CEL before you left with it. How do you know that? Was it on during a test drive? If so, why did you buy it if YOU KNEW there was a problem? Secondly, you signed DISCLOSURE STATEMENTS which told you this was an "AS IS" purchase and there would not be any warranty service. Did you read any of what you signed? Why do you think you are ENTITLED to free warranty service when YOU AGREED. to "As Is" terms???
