Endless Auto ,Cocoa Flordia, Repossed my car even though I wasn't behind in the payments Cocoa Florida

I saw a ad on facebook for a vehicle for ($1,900.00). So I contacted a man named "ROB" and he assured me that it was a great car, mind you I test drove this vehicle before giving these CROOKS my money. I took it to two autoshops to get the vehicle put on the machine. The machine said the transmission was slipping (I couldnt tell THAT day). So the auto man said maybe its a error.

I then POP the trunk of the car and there was a puddle of water in the area the spare tire was suppose to be (they later said it was from the jug of water) it was too much water to come from that jug, but anyways...there was so much s**t in that trunk from the previous owener, they had not cleaned the car out, checked the car out, or anything for that matter...NO OIL WAS IN THE CAR...it was bone dry, previous owner stuff in the glove compartment.

ROACHES GALORE in the car, I actaully (LITERALLY) BOMBED the car 8 times, ....so many roaches, I didnt think it was safe to drive due to a roach falling on me or a passenger and we wreck the car. OKAY rewind back to the day I bought the car, the d**n plugs were out so I told the people everything needed to be ficed before I gave them my hard earned money. They mever fixed them, OKAY so I only had the car for a week prior to being hit from a driver who ran the stop sign.

I actually was going to keep the car because I was desperate for a car, I needed transportation to get to and from work and school. I was going to invest in a 1,300 dollar transmission and have it installed because the body of the car was in good shape. It was just the internal parts that was in terrible condition....

sooo okay back to the wreck, I got into the wreck on 12/21/17 which was suppose to be my first car payment (after I told them that I get paid bi weekly and when I get paid two weeks from 12/13/17 that I would just pay for two weeks in advance...(in that case 3 because I get paid every two weeks...I was going to need to catch up MIND YOU I TOLD THEM THIS BEFORE HANDING THEM MY MONEY AND I HAVE A WITNESS).

I also had a pick up payment of 488.00 (I didnt even know all of this until the 22nd)...okay so I didnt talk to them at all on the 21st due to being in the hospital. A man named Tyler called on the 22nd and left a voice message, I called back and he basically had gotten slick with me "im tryna help you out" was his statement, but honestly I didnt give a d**n about being helped out because for one the car was a total loss, I was in pain for two, and for three I have TWO repos.

So do it look like I give a f*** about my credit sir? well I dont, if I did, I wasnt going to be nasty though so I said ill give them some money... (I didnt) him and his little crackhead staff was so rude to me. I said f*** it, and then they harrassed me for the insurance adjusters number, when I didnt have it...I had to aggravate my lawyer for it.

One time I mentioned to Tyler about letting my lawyer read the contract because he THOUGHT I was going to get some money for the car and changed the price from 1,900- 5,000. lol but then changed it back to orginal price when he found out I wasnt getting s***. I begged them to exchange information with me for the adjusters number.
