In December 2015 I purchased an engine on the Internet from Engine and Transmission Source out of Florida. The engine arrived with several parts missing. I contacted Alex, the owner and was told to take off the parts I needed and he would send a check for the balance of $850. After many phone calls the check arrived the first part of February 2016. Our bank has run this check through 3 separate times and it will not clear.
