Enversa Sold my domain name to many other roofing companies Dallas, Texas

The name of the person reporting here is Rodney Stovall, of Ace Roofing Indianapolis. He has been a client for three years and I am very disappointed to see the extreme lack of integrity. The report is completely false.

 Not only is his company the exclusive lessee on the domain name, indianapolisroofing.net, we have him ranked number two on the very first page of Google, above his competitors. A simple search in Google for 'Indianapolis roofing,' will return the site he leases, with his name in big bold letters as the title.

Ace Roofing has been the only company on the site for three years now.

He did not pay $2500.00, but only $1870.00 for the entire year of 24/7 front page, organic placement in Google. A position that takes months, sometimes years to obtain.

Below is an email from Mr. Stovall, explaining he did NOT call 5 times, only once- and the one phone call/email he claims to have sent (even though there is no documentation he could provide), was 11 days before the report was written. Not three months as falsely stated in the above review. Quite saddening, as we always conduct business with the utmost integrity.

No one within our company was aware of any attempted phone call, there was no voice mail, we received no email. The client did not attempt to contact us through our website or call any direct numbers he has been provided.

The credit card company had no problem contacting us either. We have been in constant communication with them.

Asking for a refund after services have been provided just shows how unreasonable this report is.

Feel free to call us anytime, we have plenty of front page positions available, we can optimize any site to have excellent ranking like Ace Roofing does!

How long have I been a customer with your company? Gulf Media or now Enversa? A Long Time, and you always got paid through my credit card, I could not get a reply from your customer service for over a month. Sept 10, 2012 was my first phone call, and I emailed also, with no reply. It's not good customer service when you don't communicate with your
customer. I know that from experience! My credit card also tried to call your company to resolve this issue also, with no reply either? It tells me that it just isn't me having a hard time getting hold of someone there. My question is how do I know how long my site has been down?  I paid for a service in advance for a year. Now how much are you willing to give my company a refund for?
