 The Company allegations mentioned above are 0 ACCURATE . The Rebuttal below was more than likely written by the company attorney , Joe Mazon. Funny enough, he himself has experienced not being paid due to the company not having enough money. The company does not have a payroll manager, does not have an HR director , but they have an attorney. Need i say more ?

I have worked for this company and had access to much inside information and i can tell you that the owners , EZELL BROWN AND ABIEL SOCORRO are masters at closing down unethical businesses and reopening under new names to establish a clean slate. As a lead generator, they are known in the business as scam artists. They will sell you fake leads or leads that have been generated with misleading statements.

Their newest business venture Hirebull.com is a website used to mislead people into believing that they are applying for a job but in reality, it is not a job inquiry . The survey is created for you to call in so that they can sell your information to colleges and universities.

I am one of over 70 ex-employees still awaiting a check for weeks of work.

Education Online Services Corporation, Inc, categorically denies each and every false allegations made by this anonymous comment. The company has excellent relationships with all of its vendors, clients and associates. We have been in business since February 2009 and have not created any new companies for any purpose whatsoever since our inception.  Further, the companys relationships with its personnel are not only productive and efficient but have yet to produce a single
claim of any type against our company.

Finally, the company has no pending claims from any provider or supplier, nor does it expect to engage in the type of conduct that leads to such action.

We find this type of comment to be precisely the kind of slander that can lead to a civil action for defamation against the issuer should that person or business entity identify themselves as would be appropriate if their statement had any validity or truthfulness.
