Hello We provided construction services for mister ERIC Persha son of Realestate agent Cindy Persha services included small property remodeling and tenant services. When project was done Mr. Persha refuses to pay final balance of $1500.00 without giving any reason or explanation and simply stopped answering phone calls and when we called from a Different number he hunged up. BEWARE.
