A $29.95 charge for SBO Survival Kit was added to my business Qwest telephone bill w/o my authorization. I called their tel. # to find out what it was about. They tried to sell me on a variety of discounted services. I cancelled it. They said I would have to pay for the 1st month. I disagreed.

I'm not sure why Qwest allows them to bill Qwest customers.
