ESBI-long distance calls unathourized long distance charges Internet

recieved phone bill with unathourized charges. Called ESBI and was told that "someone" clicked on "something" on the internet and incurred the charge. Could not tell me what the charges were for but there were a thousand dollars worth of "coupons'" attached to the charges. the person I was talking to became upset when i told her i was not going to pay the bill. I also inquired as to how they were able to attach this to my phone bill if it was an internet transaction. unable to answer my questions. i will be calling my phone co and the fcc to file a complaint.
