This ebay buyer is a cheese ball. The buyer has made several purchases from me with no problem then makes a purchase claiming the item didnt work. Item was sold as used with cosmetic wear I advised buyer I would refund buyer sent back same model of CPU but different serial. Ebay wouldnt allow me to dispute this issue being it was a small amount I let it go. Now the buyer is doing the same thing again with a larger order again shipping back non matching serial items.

Hello

The reason for this return is to due to the 4 out of 6 CPUs came in with damage capacitors.
