I ordered a paper from Essay Dom.  The paper was $19/page because I needed it in three days.   I ordered a 5 page paper.  I got almost 4 pages.  When I talked to the first representative via chat, she said I got five pages.  The second chat was quick, once I said what was wrong, they just stopped talking to me.  I got an email that said they would contact me within 24hrs.  I don't have 24 hours.

It's known as "karma".  You were scammed by a company whose business model is based on helping you scam your teacher and school.

Next time, save the money and write the paper yourself. Otherwise, your instructor will probably figure out that you bought a paper, which is plagiarism and grounds for expulsion.
