Essence PH Ordered "free" trial offer for both eye and skin serum. Received both. Looked at me credit card bill and saw charges for $89.95 and $86.95 for what appears to be another month's worth. Called their number and was told that they do not give refunds. I told them I never received that full price shipment. Again no refunds nor did they offer to send a replacement shipment.

I told them I never received that full price shipment. Again no refunds nor did they offer to send a replacement shipment. I told them to cancel any more future orders.  They gave me cancellations numbers and they said they would send me an email verifying the cancellations.  Still awaiting the email.
