I signed up for Ethos for Gas in June of 2008. The company emailed me that my receipts were in order. I received a Visa debit card "REWARDS 4--YOU" with the web address on the bottom www. ethosforgas.com. This, too, is a scam as the cards are no good.

I called the issuing company to find out why the card wasn't accepted and they informed me that the card was sent in error. Where did the information come from?
