Ethos360 Ordered preparation of a business plan. Paid for it in full but it was "read-only" so could not edit it as needed. Portland, Oregon

Ordered a business plan from company over the internet. Paid retainer and upon completion of report I paid balance in full.

Upon review of Plan and attempt to edit it, I could not because it was "read-only" protected and could not work around it. Sent email to person who prepared it but no response. Attempted to call their office but calls rejected. Tried their website but received error message back that website is not available.

I'm stuck with a business plan that I cannot use eventhough under their contract I own it.
