Did a 120 minute presentation with Etour and then they were to give me a 5 night hotel stay in Florida. Come back from presentation and hotel was over booked so they had to remove us. We stayed only 1 night!!! Totally unacceptable and hotel did not try to help us. Was very rude. Tried to contact ETourand travel by phone, email and online and they never contacted me. Total ripoff!!! All lies!!!!
