During the 1980s, my family entered into a business engagement and he tried to rob them blind using a variety of illegal and unethical legal maneuvers.  The deal ended up with my parents losing almost everything they owned.  Their lives being threatened.  Their house being burned to the ground.  At the same time, there were other scandals going on in Mr. Embry's business endeavors, a restaurant and a health club were also burned and other people lost their life savings.  He made many promises and proposed good business deals, then he tried to steal people's life savings.  When it didn't work, he took his revenge by threatening to kill them and their families or using arson or other violent techniques.  His scandals have been investigated extensively by the FBI and Oklahoma Bureau of Investigations.  He finally ran and hid in Texas after he could no longer be in Oklahoma.  He is evil.  Pure evil.  People all across Love, Marshall, and Carter counties in Oklahoma know about his evil deeds.  Be careful.  He has no qualms about killing, burning your home, and stealing every penny you have.  Be very careful.  Others in his family are aware and they are involved and will protect him.
