About two weeks ago I got this magazine in the mail and I told my friend,wonder why I got this,I never ordered it. I threw it out. Now today I get a bill in the mail for $15.00. I never ordered this magazine. I wanted to call their "Payment Processing Center" but guess what....no phone number or E address!!!! Hummmmmm kinda fishy don't ya think!!

I had the same problem. And there is no phone number listed on the bill, and I never recieved the magazine. It turns out that there is something in a survey I filled out online that included this magazine. I called this number 800-217-6630 and explained the situation to the person on the line. This is the subscription renewal line, and is the only number I could find online. After a short hard sell and an attempt to let me know that I did order a magazine that I did not order, they cancelled the bill and the subscription. I hope this helps

Looks like this is their customer service line: 1-800-217-6630

As to how you began receiving a subscription...these days, the magazine companies are getting sneaky. You might have had a 'trial offer' subscription tacked onto your receipt at a big box store such as Circuit City or Best Buy. After the trial, they begin billing you.

The CS rep might be able to tell you how they subscribed you in the first place, to clear up that mystery.
