This is simply a terrible organization and should be avoided at all costs if you value your money or your sanity.  The staff and management are incompetent, dishonest, disengenuous, rude, cocky, unprofessional, disorganized and their conduct borders on criminal.  Their products are substandard and misrepresented, there is no follow up, customer complaints are disregarded, they lie, cheat and steal.   This is not a typical automobile dealership as there is no substance nor recourse and it appears it undercaptilalized.   Stay away.   A word to the wise.
