I found out only when I got a statement from PAy Pal. Never a response from Experteer - they kept sending me emails on job postings that were on all other webites to my smartphone because I submitted my phone nmber when I registered for free access.

I inquired about Experteer as a free web site for job listings. They got a hold of my Pay Pal account number and charged my account $514.00 on 4-22. I found out about it only when I got a Pay Pal statement. I complained to Pay Pal, and they denied my claim. I complain to Experteer and they never responded. Watch out for this scam.
