I ordered online a sony DCR-PC330 camcorder for a low advertised of 1178.46 with next day shipping. The web site said it included a free camera bag and tripod.

After the order was placed I received an email to contact their offices. The phone wait was 2.5 hours during the day so I called back in the evening. They stated that they could only ship the camera next day if you bought a "package deal" which included some accessories I didn't need or want. The package deal was several hundred dollars more that the online price. When they get your order online they have a salesperson talk to you and switch everthing so it cost more!
