Ordered a product that eliminates odors caused by fireplace. Received no shipping confirmation.

During initial order process shipping and signature charge weren't shown until order was placed and credit card charged.

First contact email not responded to. Phone calls were answered at first.

Told 4 different ship dates and a month later no shipment received. Phone calls are not being answered or returned now.

Do not order from this company!!!

Red flag is no address anywhere on the webpage. Sorry this happened to you, might try going through your local attorney generals office to press charges.
