ExtensionWorks Unusable Plug In for my Online Store-Will not refund money Point Cook, Victoria Australia Internet

I purchased a UPS plug in from ExtensionWorks for my online store. My developer spent ten plus hours trying to get it to work and it just wouldn't work properly and wouldn't let my customers check out. i found out that this plug in is not even recognized or recommended by UPS. I received an email from ExtensionWorks stating that "Happiness is Guaranteed!" and I asked repeatedly for a refund to which they refused without explanation. They will not even return my email anymore. I had to go to a different company and buy another plug in that works perfectly. This is just a bad business practice. Refund your customers money if your product doesn't work properly.

After again replying and answering all of ExtensionWorks questions they have stopped emailing me and will not refund my money.

We would never not reply to any emails, ExtensionWorks would be more than happy to answer any questions and follow up on your situation.

You metioned that you purchased the UPS shipping plugin, and your comment implies that your customers could not make a purchase, [ check out ]
Trying to understand how shipping would interfere with the checkout process?
What was the ticket number for your Support inquiry?
No explanation why we would not refund? ExtensionWorks communicate's very openly with all our customer's.
We provide detailed answers to all questions.
I find this statement very hard to digest and the information provided for this report lacks substance.
Would'nt work properly?
