Household Mortgage Services sold our loan to Fairbanks Capital in January 03. Prior to selling our loan to them, they had given me a 2month extension. When Fairbanks got the loan, they are trying not to honor the extension agreement. NONE of the representatives will call me back. I call in EVERY week and no one will return my phone calls. They simply keep telling me that my loan is in the process of being modified. All of a sudden, I got a call from them telling me that I owe $9,000! This is not fair. I am prepared to fight them in court!
